Tourist Boards

We have in the past been graded by the tourist board, obtaining quality grade three, however there are now several grading systems in operation and we have decided to pull out of them until they are ratified hopefully by the summer.

Conservation Awards

We entered the David Bellamy Conservation Awards in 2000 and where awarded with the Silver Award, further improvements have been under taken with the result that in 2004/5 we where awarded a Gold Award. 

An environment policy has also been introduced with the Environment Agent icy awarding us the Green Dragon level 2 achievement.

We continue to ask caravan owners & visitors to log any birds, wild flowers and insects they see.

As a whole the caravan site is very much behind the recycling of as much waste as possible i.e cans, glass and paper.
